Regular domestic housekeeping.

Weekly or fortnightly visits for the rooms you want looked after consistently. We agree priorities and a realistic scope for the time in your home, then follow a methodical room-by-room routine.

Typical priorities include kitchen and bathroom surfaces, dusting, vacuuming and floor care. Bed making and other finishing details can be included when agreed. The first visit may need more time if the home requires a reset before a regular routine will work.

Deep cleans & home resets.

For a home needing more attention than a regular visit can reasonably provide. We discuss the property's size and condition, the areas that need detail work and any access or parking constraints before quoting.

Bathrooms, kitchens, skirting, doors, edges and reachable internal surfaces can be prioritised. Oven interiors, heavy limescale, carpet extraction and other specialist tasks must be agreed separately; they are never assumed to be included.

End-of-tenancy & move-in cleaning.

A careful clean for a property changing hands. The quote depends on bedrooms, bathrooms, overall size, condition, furnishings, access and the work required. We clarify which appliances, cupboards and internal windows are included before the date is agreed.

Photographs can help with an initial assessment. We may need to view a larger or heavily soiled property. Carpet cleaning and any landlord or agent checklist are discussed as part of the scope, so expectations are clear on both sides.

Airbnb & holiday-let turnovers.

Guest-ready cleaning, bed changes and presentation for hosts in our service area. A turnover is planned around the property, number of beds and bathrooms, check-out and check-in times, access, and the standard guests should find on arrival.

Linen, laundry, restocking and reporting issues can be arranged where practical and quoted separately. Same-day work depends on the time window and availability; we will only accept a schedule we can deliver properly.
